Amnesty

We are going to make a massive IP unban, including accounts (except dupers' ones) that were banned BEFORE the 15th of December (excluding December 15). We will unban everyone after the 30th of December, perhaps even in the beginning of January.

This is a gift from the administration. We hope that you will manage to do better with your accounts and unbanned IPs than the last time.
