To learn to fly on the cloud serpents you need to get extolment with the Order of the Cloud Serpent, as well as complete a quest chain at the end of which you'll get the ability Cloud Serpent Riding.
Before you begin to complete the chain, you need to learn http://www.wowhead.com/spell=115913.
So, let's begin. The fraction of Order of the Cloud Serpent can be found in the Arboretum in the Jade Forest.
The first chain quest is http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30134 which is taken at http://www.wowhead.com/npc=58564, then you need to go to the Windward Isle to http://www.wowhead.com/npc=58225. Finish it and take http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30135. To perform this quest to kill 8 sauroks is required: http://www.wowhead.com/npc=58212, http://www.wowhead.com/npc=63532 or http://www.wowhead.com/npc=63536. After sauroks are killed go back to http://www.wowhead.com/npc=58225.
Upon completion of the quest http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30135, http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30136 and http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30137 become available.
To complete http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30136, it is necessary to return the Windward Hatchling to the nest. To do this use http://www.wowhead.com/item=78947 on http://www.wowhead.com/npc=58220.
To perform http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30137, you need to collect 6 pieces of http://www.wowhead.com/item=78959.
When these two quests are done, the access to the quest http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30138 is opened. Here we choose one of the three eggs. It should be noted that at the end of the chain you will get as a reward a yellow/green/ blue cloud serpent in addition to the passive ability (depending on the chosen color of the egg in the quest). We finish quest here and http://www.wowhead.com/npc=58225 gives us a new one – http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30139, http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30140 or http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30141.
Having chosen one of the three above-mentioned quests, return to the Arboretum and finish the quest to http://www.wowhead.com/npc=58228. He gives you another quest http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30142 and waits for it to be done.
The final mission of the chain is http://www.wowhead.com/quest=30188, http://www.wowhead.com/quest=31810 or http://www.wowhead.com/quest=31811 (the quest depends on the chosen egg). They can be taken at Elder http://www.wowhead.com/npc=58564.
As a reward for the completion of the last order we obtain a passive ability Cloud Serpent Riding and one of the three serpents:http://www.wowhead.com/item=79802, http://www.wowhead.com/item=85429 or http://www.wowhead.com/item=85430.
If some quest of the quest chain is not available, you don’t need to be upset and think that you've missed something or haven’t done. In such a situation, you should perform daily quests to gain reputation. They are available here in the Arboretum.
